I moved to Allen in 1998. This was the mall of my youth. I had a friend who worked at Godiva.. which is dang near where you are pointed to at 3:41. I had another friend that worked at the Sharper Image across from it. It's all gone now.

The scene where the guy with the beard crashes his truck on the edge of the incline wall on the edge of freeway is on the southeast corner (South Padre Island Drive and Carrol lane) from the wienerschnitzel restaurant which is seen in the background of scene. The Texas Bar-B-Q House restaurant is now a Tesla Dealership and McKenzie Volkswagen dealer is now Hick Family Subaru dealer! FYI 😉

I don't recall ever seeing this. But I have seen and shared a few filming location videos. That model is thought to be in the town where it was filmed. Where the sequel was filmed too. Please, I want to see you do 'Heathers.' It is hard not to love a film with Christian Slater.

x I saw Beetlejuice in my hometown theater in the 80s and am going to watch Beetlejuice Beetlejuice in the same theater! o My godparents have owned and run the theater since the early 90s. o Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is my most anticipated movie to see in the theater! x I saw Beetlejuice again recently on my elementary school graduation anniversary. x Edward Scissorhands was released on my 11th birthday. o I watched it again recently on my 44th birthday. x 15:06 The first movie I went to alone at the theater was Mean Girls. o There were two people in the theater, another guy in the middle and myself. x I had no idea that Zagnut was a candy bar! x Last year, on my Master's Graduation anniversary, I watched a movie double feature of two of the most significant movies I watched during the Master's program: o I called the double feature Mean Heathers. o For it, I watched Mean Girls then Heathers. o It rocks! x 22:24 You simply MUST do Heathers for a Dinner & A Movie! o It's an 80s classic AND a Gen X classic! o I am surprised there are still people out there around our age who haven't seen it!

I’m commenting as I view,I’m less than 5 minutes in. Abby,allow me to try to describe the Tim Burton Ouvre. He is a master of tounge in cheek Goth comedy/drama zaniness. That’s just what he does. Here’s the thing: I have a love/hate relationship with this movie. Listen,I get it,that Beetlejuice is this lovable wierd antagonist,but,honestly,I thought the movie,the origional story of the husband and wife just trying to get the goofy family out of the house was a far superior storyline. It kind of got ruined by the introduction of Beetlejuice,it had so much more potential if it focused on the efforts of Davis and Baldwin,as they struggled to navigate that line between life and death. I dunno,it just ended up going for zany slapsticky cheap laughs,instead of following through with that origional storyline,you know?

Best drama e-v-e-r !! Still watching all my DVDs of the entire series. Linda Gray was my favorite and I think the most gorgeous woman who played on the show even though there were so many beauties, and these ladies are all still beautiful. But you could see on the outside - even when she was drunk (and a good one at that) - that she was truly beautiful on the inside. Love Love Love that show

Still to this day I am not a fan of the movie ET, now had a pillow person mine was yellow with blue shorts, and collected the California raisins loved them.

One of the MANY lines that are in my daily rotation is: --- when he's in the convertible with the kid and the kid asks "Are you a cop?" Fletch answers "As far as you know." --- you don't know how many people ask me a simple 'yes or no' and that's what flies out of my mouth. "As far as you know."

I found out that the oldschool ones came back. I immediately bought one. Since then, Ive done nothing with it other than trick it out with graph paper and a reusable notebook. I also just bought a pencil pouch for it just recently. As far as nostalgia goes, I have never let go of my original Trapper Keeper. It is falling apart and being held together with duct tape because it is FILLED with lore from my old superhero ideas that I made while watching Ninja Turtles cartoons when I was in Elementary and Middle School.

I watched the lake scene being filmed, my dad rented some skiffs to the crew. It was at the HEB camp in Rockport near the Copano causeway. The ponds are still there. They had some crazy guy splashing in the water to immitate an aligator attack. Had to put carpet in the water so Helens feet would not get covered in mud.

Just discovered your channel today. My favorite band of all time is The Cure. I've been listening to him since 1982 And have met them twice. I finally got to hear one of my favorite deep cuts on their last tour - Six Different Ways from the Head on the Door record. You should definitely give it a listen.

I'm gonna have to look for it on DVD. I hadn't seen that movie in years!!! Looking at that Steak Sandwich makes me want to get one right now!!! You two should do a Dinner And A Movie for Vacation, and for Christmas you should do Christmas Vacation!!!
